OpenBIS
Members of the ELE group are proceeding to various experiments, which rely on multiple reagents, equipement and samples. To share this information with all lab members, all data are stored in openBIS, which is a solution towards FAIR data management.
OpenBIS (open Biology Information System) is an open source data management tool that supports the entire data life cycle from project initiation through data production and analysis to the provision of scientific data to the public, including long-term archiving. openBIS enables scientists to document daily experimental or computation work, store any related experimental raw and derived data such as environmental samples and museum samples.
