Research

The research in the ELE group is divided into four axes, all related to biodiversity. The group simulates co-evolution between planets and life to understand the origins of biodiverity, transforms biodiversity monitoring data into relevant indicators for biodiversity conservation, reconstructs geological and climate changes effects on historical biodiversity dynamics and also develops cutting-​edge technology for facilitating biodiversity monitoring.
